Every receipt that is scanned into the BTFE Bonus App is given a Receipt ID which is a unique string of numbers that helps keep track of individual receipts. (Example: 29402815).
Within 15 minutes of you uploading your receipt photo(s), you’ll receive an email confirming that we received your receipt. That e-mail will contain the Receipt ID for that receipt. (The e-mail you’ll receive a bit later, notifying you that your receipt was processed, will also contain the Receipt ID.)
If you ever have any questions about a specific receipt you scanned, please be sure to mention it’s Receipt ID when contacting us so that we can better assist you.
