Within 15 minutes of you scanning a receipt, you will receive a system-generated e-mail confirming that it’s been received. Any offers you selected for that receipt will now show on your My Activity” page on the App as “Processing”. (Note that we won’t yet have confirmed that you qualified for each of the offers or awarded any earnings – that may take up to 48 hours.)
If no offers have posted to your “My Activity” page on the App from that receipt scan, check if the system-generated e-mail directed you to re-scan the receipt for any reason.
(Though all offers you select will post to the “My Activity page on the App, only those that have earnings awarded will display on you’re My Activity page at www.BTFE.com)
If 15 minutes have passed and you haven't received any email regarding the receipt, the data connection was interrupted and the upload was unsuccessful. Please try uploading the receipt again.
