Please allow 2 business days for your receipt to be processed. Although most receipts are processed within an hour of being scanned, some receipts take longer, and others will get flagged for a team member to review. Receipts that require manual review can take between 24-48 hours to be processed.
TIP: In order to have a speedy approval process, please make sure your receipt photos are super clear and easy to read, and that you upload the entire receipt from top to bottom. Receipts can only be processed when they included all of the following:
- Purchase date (the date printed on your receipt)
- Store name or logo
- All items you're claiming
If you're ever waiting more than 48 hours for your receipt to be processed, please create a support ticket. In the ticket, please quote the Receipt ID sent to you in the confirmation email you received when the receipt was uploaded. A team member will be happy to look into your receipt for you!
