After you’ve scanned a receipt photo, the system still needs to process it before any Bonus Box Tops can be awarded. (This can take anywhere from 1 hour to 48 hours, depending on the quality of your receipt photo.) You’ll receive an automatic e-mail each time one of your receipts is successfully processed. That way you’ll know when to check the “My Activity tab in the App for your very latest earnings
Within 15 minutes of you scanning a receipt, you will receive a system-generated e-mail confirming that it’s been received. Any offers you selected for that receipt will now show on your My Activity” page on the App as “Processing”. (Note that we won’t yet have confirmed that you qualified for each of the offers or awarded any earnings – that may take up to 48 hours.)
If no offers have posted to your “My Activity” page on the App from that receipt scan, check if the system-generated e-mail directed you to re-scan the receipt for any reason.
